Incoherent and indistiguisable as speaking anything like English, as a result the order was so very wrong. Just kept saying OK, OK, OK, took my money then closed the window after asking clearly how much it was? Even after getting it wrong the food was well below average, corn was cooked into oblivion. Never ever, ever, ever again please save yourself the time money and inconvenience. Just go somewhere else! It was beyond awful.

OMG, what a disgusting shocking rip-off from this franchise. Paid £17.99 for a 6 pieces family feast and the chicken portions were minute, and to add insult to injury served only legs and wings! The fried chicken was a different taste from the original KFC formula and I can only suggest the franchise is reducing ingredients to increase profits at the expense of their customers. The chips were soggy, strange flavoured and there was complete disinterest from the staff. This is the last time my family and I will eat from a KFC.

Oh my gosh I just can not believe how bad this the service was in this KFC. They took our order without telling us that they had run out of chicken. 35 minutes to arrive at our table. Customer service was non existent. Manager would not even come out to explain. When the food finally arrived the drinks were missing. Worst experience

We ordered on line from this store and the order was missing the large popcorn chicken which the kids was waiting for. The dips were also missing from the order. You pay a lot of money and you dont get what you pay for. There was no way to even contact the store. Only on the phone voice massage. Awful.

I ordered a mini fillet bucket, the chicken had clearly been cooked several hours before and was dry and inedible. They had also taken a standard fillet and cut them into strips to save costs.
