Chilli Spice - Camberley

Fantastic restaurant with great service and food. We all enjoyed our evening and will certainly return again. The tawa chicken was amazing and very flavorful.

Absolutely terrible customer service . Rude , arrogant, and no sense of customer attention whatsoever. I ordered a takeout for visiting friends . The order was wrong, and when I called, the manager said no problem and would send the correct missing order. 15 minutes later, I received another call from an abrupt person who challenged my complaint and asked me to send pictures as proof. I tried to explain that I have guests in the midst of eating and unvale to that. Didn 't care and didn 't want to know. I told him that I had no reason to lie or create a story. He was trying to argue, and I had to tell him, "Don 't worry, we will manage and he just made me not to ever order again. He did not care either.

I am summarising many visits to this restaurant from over the past seven years! Definitely our favourite local restaurant. When my father passed on they were so very kind and helpful to my mother. When she passed away, they continued to welcome us so warmly. AND what's more, the food is fantastic!!!

Ordered takeout out. Got the TINIEST portion at a ridiculous price and disgusting food . Will NEVER be ordering from them again
