I would rate this restaurant a 5 out of 5 for its service and atmosphere.

These people for being in the chaotic fast food industry are amazing, every time I’ve gone through at random times of the night they’ve always been nice and asking me how I am. Tonight my brother was going to suprise a couple friends for their birthday, and we ordered four Baja blasts through the drive through (can’t believe I was that person smh. Anyways the drinks were done withjn a minuite and I cannot say how nice of service I received from the guy at the window. Have been coming here for a while and will continue to come here!

This taco bell became my go-to during covid. As of the last month or two though it has somehow taken a sharp turn in a bad way. I don’t know if there’s new ownership or management but everything including service, the food itself, predictability, etc is absolutely horrible now. Even down to small things like the kid at the window with weird brown smears all over the front of his hoodie. Or when I showed up tonight they were telling customers to limit their orders to less than 5 item’s because of how busy the drive thru was, even with only 5 cars. The employees ended up closing the store 3.5 hours early and sitting in the front instead (pictured), as customers still were rolling thru the drive thru

I ordered the steak and bacon grilled cheese burrito and it was not assembled properly. The bacon was placed on top instead of being underneath the cheese.
