The pancit was also fantastic—again, not oily at all. As for the fried chicken, it was finger-licking good! It had a perfect crunch, was cooked just right, and had the ideal amount of seasoning without being greasy. I also tried the pork with fermented shrimp, which was bursting with flavor—more pork than fat and no fishy scent whatsoever. Clearly, the chef knows how to prepare Filipino dishes that are perfectly seasoned, with a clean taste that isn’t oily or fishy! I would happily hire this cook for any party or event in the future.
