Fatburger Buffalo's Express - Camarillo

I will never return to this restaurant! I decided to give it a shot based on the reviews, which weren’t overly negative, and I was looking for a change from In-N-Out. However, it turned out to be one of the biggest mistakes I’ve ever made. The meat was bland, and the customer service was awful. You would expect a higher quality since the prices are more than what you usually pay, but that wasn’t the case at all. I’d prefer a sandwich made of cardboard over what I experienced here. I’ll be spreading the word to everyone I know, advising them not to waste their time or money at this place.

I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone, especially considering the way a co-owner treats people, alongside his partner, Alexandra, or whoever she may be. Their behavior is appalling, especially for those in the fast food industry, who should know better. If they spoke to their family members or employees in the same manner as they did to an employee at another establishment, they would be understandably upset. Their demeanor is incredibly off-putting, and it’s troubling to see them harbor such unnecessary anger. This experience has certainly turned me away from their restaurant, and I believe it should do the same for others. Who would want to dine at a place where the owner cannot even treat others with respect?

Food excellent as always. My favorite burger chain of all time. Service is excellent as usual.

The milkshakes came in soda cups with only 1/3 full. When they charge $8 for a milkshake, you'd expect to receive more than a 4oz mixture of ice and ice cream. The milkshakes look like someone's puke. It's disgusting! This place sucks. It's a shame that they are even in the food business. Stay away from them.
