Chester's Asia Chinese - Camarillo

After relocating from the Bay Area, I hadn't found a great Chinese restaurant until yesterday when I was in Camarillo and was recommended Chester's. I decided to try the orange chicken lunch special, which came with a choice of soup. I opted for the hot and sour soup, and it was the best I've ever tasted! The meal also included pork fried rice and an egg roll, both of which were fantastic. The egg roll had a perfect crunch without being overcooked or greasy, and the fried rice was wonderfully moist. I loved the small bits of diced barbecue pork, peas, and green onions they included. The orange chicken was a bit different from what I'm used to, but I wasn't disappointed at all. I will definitely make a point to eat here again the next time I'm in Camarillo!

Outstanding every time! The owner is incredibly friendly, and we relished every dish he recommended. Everything is delicious—I absolutely adore this authentic Chinese cuisine! It’s been the best in Ventura County for decades!

The customer service is excellent, giving it a full 5 stars. The War Won Ton soup is the best in Ventura County. I've been coming here for over 25 years!

Best Chinese food around! Soups, pork fried rice and chicken chow main.....portions are so generous!
