Burger King - Camarillo

I quickly stopped by to use the restroom and then purchased a large drink for $3.

The food is delicious. The restaurant has recently been renovated. They have self-serve soda fountains.

The french fries were okay, but the nuggets at Burger King were not good. The nuggets at Wendy's were also small, maybe half the size of Burger King's. McDonald's nuggets are better. The Whopper here was just average. Overall, not a great fast food place. It seems more like a last-minute stop off the freeway. I probably wouldn't come back again. I would recommend trying In N Out or Carl's Jr in Las Posas for fast food instead. Burger Barn and Habit are also still good options.

Got a Whopper and small fries. I was charged $11.72. (The price should have been under 7 dollars. I double-checked the price when I got home. I tried calling the store and the number was out of order. This is a common order and that teller had to knowit was too high. She also did not provide me with a receipt.

I usually don 't waste my time with bad reviews; they 're not as much fun to write as the good ones. But, seriously, this was, hands down, the absolute worst restaurant I 've visited (fast food or otherwise) in my life and that 's a lot of years. First Isat at the speaker listening to the conversations and banging around of pots and pans for nearly ten minutes and nobody askedfor my order. I called into the speaker several times. Still... no response. So I drove up to the window and was ignored. One woman said to the other, Why is she sitting there? Mind you, she didn 't ask me. But I answered and explained how I cameto be at the window so unexpectedly. I also let them know they had a back up of people waiting. To her credit, the woman whotook my order didn 't get her name, but she had curly pink (my favorite color) hair was calm and handled my frustrationwell. Although, I don 't believe anyone apologized. After ordering the fish sandwich mean with extra sauce on the sandwich, Iwas asked to wait out front. I waited. Eventually, another woman brought out my order and started walking away before I evenhad my hand fully wrapped around my soda. It got worse. Not only was the service incredibly sub par, the food was disgustingexcept for the fries which were hot, crispy and nicely salted. The sandwich was dry. Bone dry. I 'd kind of expected thatwhich is why I 'd asked for extra sauce. I guess extra of nothing is still nothing. The lettuce (or was it cabbage, I 'm notsure) was yellowed and had a sour taste. The bun was some kind of weird yellow bun I don 't recommend it. The fish itselftasted terrible, ugh. How do you screw up a fish stick? The soda was good. So, in summary, I experienced the worst serviceand the worst tasting food from any Burger King ever at this location. I can 't get the aftertaste out of my mouth. Blech.
