The restaurant provides complimentary options for dietary restrictions, including vegan choices, but the staff doesn't seem to have a solid understanding of them. When I asked an employee to make my smoothie vegan, they looked completely bewildered and asked me to clarify. It’s important for food service staff to be familiar with these dietary needs, especially when they advertise such options. Additionally, I felt the need to mention that I wanted to avoid soy, as if I should be cautious about incurring extra charges. Unfortunately, the employee at the register still didn’t seem to grasp what I was trying to communicate.

Very busy location. It has nothing to do with waiting. Delicious drinks!

My husband and I absolutely adore this place. He usually orders the PB&J, while I always go for the Matcha Green Tea smoothie.

First off I want to just say that Melanie was super amazing! I came in an ordered a complicated drink and they made it wrong the first time so I asked them to make it right a second time and she helped me. The drink was still made wrong after the second time but I really appreciated how kind Melanie was about it! I will say though you guys should be more careful when making the drinks and make sure to follow the tickets more closely, I paid close to 9 dollars for a 12 oz smoothie. I'm a little disappointed :

I like to customize my Acai bowls and this place is always accommodating and friendly! The store is clean and the youthful staff is well trained and pleasant but I do recommend knowing what your options are so you can customize your experience if you like. For instance if you want to change the juice option in the Acai bowl (as I do) to almond milk or blend peanut butter in, you need to be clear how you'd like it otherwise they will make it as they're trained and they don't ask. Absolutely a thumbs up high five from me!
