Provence Cottage Bistro - Camanducaia

We went to a dinner in 01/01 and it was amazing. We started 2022 the best way. this perfect gastronomic experience. Of course, my boyfriend and I will be back to stay in the chalets next time.

I made a reservation too early for dinner to celebrate my wedding anniversary on the eve of 01/11 vacation. I was promptly met by whatsapp and paid half of the actual 350 dinner to have this reservation confirmed by the bistro team for 01/11 at 20hs. when I get to the place I am greeted on the street by an intercom and saying that they were not serving dinner that day. showed confirmation by whatsapp by intercom on a dark road to speak that it was employee erra and apologize. Obviously, they're going to return the money. But they say my name was on the day list before 31. When I asked why they didn't contact me for the whatsapp notice, because it would go on the 31st, which could warn me because it would lose the money from the reservation and dinner. I was treated by whatsapp with extreme lack of education. The apologies were not sincere. they were faults about failures and still had to hear was a loveless person, and that had a fele in the heart. extremely disappointed. people of lack of professionalism and who do not know how to treat a customer when he is well and is very upset because he lost a festive dinner planned weeks in advance.
