Le Cafedes Fleurs - Calvi

Coming from Australia, it can be a little overwhelming in Corsica at times. Certainly was the first time I visited. But I can honestly say Tony and his team are superb (even if they make fun of my accent). Great drinks, food and genuine kindness. You might even run into Tao-by. This is were the locals go

The best corse bar sure! ideally located in the old town, very nice atmosphere and atypical decoration! I recommend to welcome is top, quality of products also

I must! not going to the coffee of calvi flowers is like going to betting without seeing the eiffel tower.

My partner and I fancied a glass of vin Blanc and stumbled upon me cafedes fleurs. This place is tucked away just off the main tourist route through Calvi. It has a real bohemian charm, with lots of character and the staff were very welcoming. We had two glasses of the house white and left very happy indeed.

In a tucked away location Cafe des Fleurs is a little jewel. Lovely Pastis and vin blanc. Excellent lunchtime sardines and cheese plates. But the decor is something else, very art noveau/deco/steampunk. Well worth the visit and we'll be looking forward to drinking there again when we return to Calvi. one point was we used it for aperitifs when we went to the Polyphonic singing in the Citadel.
