Ally and Hayli are excellent customer service reps. Smiles for miles. Ally made an exceptional Veggie Delite. The store is super clean and the selection is fresh in appearance. One of the best guacamole presentations for freshness I’ve seen around North America. Well done ladies. Would absolutely return to this location across from Loves.Oh, and signed up for the app to earn points ?? and goodies. Thanks for help setting this up Ally ? I have eaten here many times and I will say I would put this subway up against any subway in marshal and mckraken county combined the food is always delicious the presentation is fantastic and the workers are very friendly I promise if you eat here you will have the best eating experience in Calvert city?

Let me revive, this review, with a WOW. Looking at the reviews back to a year, which is very fair , oh no fair is all of them , they have had problems with staff complaints from the begining .They knew and still know, they were having problems because they answered the 1 star reviews. Back after 1 year it is just as bad. Complaints about the staff and how rude they are, and about the food quality, its all there folks in B&W....... Want to be treated badly just go here. My Family will never be back to this location, I wonder if the owner reads Google reviews ?, if so , you really need to do something about your staff yelling at customers. I left my contact information when I called back but I guess your staff threw it away because i havent gotten a call from you. I see that you do read these reviews, that's great ,I have read other reviews and happy to hear you have video also. You can look at the video and tell me, your customer what it was that I said or did to be treated the way I was . I was screamed at and told to leave the store because I asked for my pizza to be heated first and toppings added and heated again, and after you watch the video and see that I was not in the wrong ,I hope you will leave feedback so I can contact you directly. I do not want anything free from your shop. I want a good old fashion apology from the young girl that was yelling at me for no reason. We use to order from this location alot .The video you will need to be looking for : 12/31/2023 and somewhere in between 5:50 and 6:15 pmSorry for leaving after my order was finished but the girl totally destroyed any appetite after the way it was tossed around and thrown into the box . Noone would have eaten it the way it was when she was finished with it .I'm pretty sure you would not like being treated the way I was . I will pay the $4 plus what ever change it was . Recommendation is Eat at one of the Mom and Pop eateries right down the road. Mama D' or 50's Cafe Patties 1880 settlement. These are not franchises!!!You have a choice for good food coming from people who care about how your treated and fed. Owner has went out of her way to send me an inappropriate text , this is very unprofessional as a business owner. I was told that I didn't know what the girl yelling at me was going through, and I agree I didn't but I also did not go to a physiotherapist office for dinner .
