Subway - Calumet-Norvelt

Charged extra for cheese. Not extra cheese… just for getting cheese on a sandwich that says it comes with cheese. Sandwich tasted like plastic too.

Learn to respect customers. I say “Learn to respect customers”. You can’t survive this store with the attitude that you were showing towards customers. The lady at the counter is very rude guys. She’s not polite and she doesn’t care what are customer requirements. I will not be visiting that store again.

I set the bar low in general but boy is this place bad. I used the 2-for-1 footlong coupon on a pickup order: one slice of meat and a slice of cheese on each sandwich and the Sandwich Artist refused to fill the actual sandwiches ordered when we showed her the paltry product. Seems like an any means necessary cost-cutting strategy by franchisee/management. Head south on Connecticut for better options.

Meanwhile expecting a tip as you hover over saying choose which amount, you didn't even provide me with any napkins....... lol wow!

Probably the worst subway I have been to. It looks like the owner of this franchise is skimping on the toppings to save on costs.
