Jimmy John's In Wash - Calumet-Norvelt

Only my 2nd visit and both times I went on a Sunday, so I can't tell what it's like during the week but it's probably busy because of its location. That said, this is a nice and clean place; it doesn't have a lot of dinning space with inside and outside seating (2 tables each) It can be slow with only 2 people working, and one is also the delivery person. The subs are really good; I had the Italian cold cut, it was loaded with meat and cheese with just enough herbs and spices that one ingredient didn't overwhelm the others. I'll be going back.

Literally the slowest delivery ever. 45 minutes to receive my food. If you’re looking for “freaky fast” delivery or like me, food for your lunch break , you’re better have off going somewhere to else.

Young people doing a lot of talking... it's slows things down, and it's takes a long time to get your sandwich. The food is good.

One of the most famous hamburger sandwich restaurant chains. I think this Jimmy John's was good place among similar casual restaurants around. The food was what you expect at Jimmy John's. I mean it was good, but it was their usual hamburger sandwiches. The premises was reasonably clean even in the busy hours (i.e. staffs were busy to clean). The staff seemed to speak only Spanish, but was kind, and I could easily tell she made her best effort to satisfy us. As I cannot expect the same thing at casual restaurants around, I like this place.

Everyone who has ever helped me here has been very helpful and nice. The restroom is always extremely clean and my sandwiches are always well constructed. I appreciate y'all!
