My boyfriend came in to get us food so i had something to eat before work and he asked for his sub NOT toasted and they toasted it and when he said something the woman gave him a attitude and asked what the difference was. than they messed it up and forgot mayonnaise on the 2nd one. one of our favorite places to eat we are very disappointed! teach your employees better!

So I was reading the menu here, I have some trouble seeing, and really couldn’t decide on what I want. I finally decided on a small turkey bacon ranch sub. When they say that this thing is small they are not kidding. It’s 3inches. Maybe. I asked if that comes with a side or a drink and she literally laughed at me and said that I could add one if I wanted.This is preposterous. As I sat in shock at what I was just hustled for, I decided to take a picture and leave a review. These women working here must be unaware that I have ears because they walked into the back and said “look at this a$$hole out here, taking a picture of his food!” I heard it as clear as day.I can assure you that this place will never receive my business again.

Amazing store, great workers, the ladys all had my sub done before i was even done paying! It was also absolutely exquisite, the chicken was savory, the bacon had a perfect amount of cruch and sizzle, and the cheese was melted just right, the store doesn't let you forget where they came from, beautiful murals of firemen and many cool decorations around every wall. Its such an atmospheric store with employees that treat you like family and make superp food 5/5 100
