Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Seated within a minute without issue. The issue came up when we waited and waited and waited and no waiter or waitress came to us. There were 4 waiters/waitresses walking around the section we were in. 2 of them looked at us for several moments on occasions but absolutely no one came to take our drink order or dinner order. My kids were hungry and we thought we would make a stop at one of our favorite restaurants just to be ignored. A group of the waiter/waitresses were standing in the doorway to the kitchen laughing. The last straw came when a group was seated 15 minutes after us and the waiter walked right by us and got their drink order within a minute of them sitting down. My youngest child asked why we were being ignored? Don't know how the Washington restaurant is run but maybe new management is needed or people who know their sections before they start their shift would be nice.Spoke to a manager but at that point I was beyond upset and we left to have absolutely no issues at the restaurant next door.

Had a nice breakfast with my mom before taking her to her eye appointment. Great service, great food, great company ?

1st time I've ever been to a cracker barrel. I had only a salad, but it was fine. Service was pretty on point. So, all in all, not too shabby.

We love going to cracker barrel, but it always seems like they're out of at least one item we're trying to order from the menu. Other than that, there are many choices on the menu, enough to please anyone.

We arrived at this location about 45 mins till closing the staff sat us graciously and I can not say enough about how awesome our waiter Stan! Was He went over and beyond for us! We were also greeted by the GM who was very welcoming and made sure we was satisfied. The food was excellent especially being so late at night! Will definitely be back!!!! Great staff good food
