Manam's Bistro - Caln Township

Got a chicken vindaloo for delivery so not sure about service or atmosphere but the food was good. I asked them to try to kill me with spice and they gave me something quite spicy. It was spicier on the second day when the chili oil had time to set in I think but the chicken was tender and the whole meal was really nice. The samosas were also really good with the green sauce they provide

The food is ok, not the best Indian I’ve had but the worst is the service. They hung up 3 times on the phone when calling to see if my order was picked up. When I did speak to them they were very rude and angry. Then they also forgot something in my order.

Used to love the food, but after confirming a shellfish allergy on the phone and again confirming there was no shellfish in the food prior to leaving with my pickup order, we found shrimp in the order. I'll never order from here again which is a shame because I loved the food. They catered our wedding and will never get another red cent from me.

The food is like a warm hug, I love this place, for the food alone it's five stars. My one complaint is a large section of the restaurant doesn't seem to be in use, could have been in a smaller location. Either way it's the restaurant that got me to love Indian food, I recommend the Paneer Butter Masala.

We ordered Gobi 65 which was stale , was definitely reheated . The Kadai Veg was just bad I think it was the oil. Panner Tikka Masala was super sweet. Hadn’t had a bad Indian food in a while which made me write a review. Never ordering from here again.
