McDonald's - Callian

Craving junk food with a teenager in tow we gave here to visit. A very clean, fresh and pleasantly air-conditioned interior with touchscreen that the non-French speaking teenager loved.

I used the app to preorder my food and pay before arrival, as confirmed by my bank. After the young girl waited a long time in the car-dru-wax, the order swapped on my phone and then gassed, held her head in her hands...shouted non, non! and realized that she had made a mistake. Your superior was called and insisted I went in to use the screen. Too late, the first young girl had already exchanged my order as if I had received it so that it would not show on the screen. I tried to explain this to some employees. After waiting for a long time, the girl cried on the cash desk in front of a restaurant full of people that my card must have been rejected because there is no order! I went home without food (fairly late at night) and found the next day that McDonalds had almost 30€ from my bank account. After the store's email 3 weeks ago, I have not received a satisfactory answer or my money back!

Always packed, but the service is bad with teenagers at the counter. The food is boiled as usual, but no surprises. Service is very slow for fast food....

Practically on a wet night if you are looking for something fast and easy. Preordering on a computer screen could be difficult if it was really busy.

Drive. arrival at home the big mac is half prepared... very salty fries. ...it almost always misses something or an error on the order.
