Restaurante Paco's

Bad food and even worse attitude from the girl who gave me it. Your steak was burnt instead of rare? Well... you still cleaned the plate!! This is true. But I was hungry. Very hungry

Best restaurant in Cartagena, unfortunately my friends didn’t agree so I missed the opportunity of having dinner at paco’s :

Located on Santo Domingo Square, a beautiful place, very romantic the food was ok but the service was very slowly, that take like 20 minutes only for take the order, they forget some beers that we asked and we have to make the same order...like 2 times every time we want something....is a great place to stay but you have to be patient

It's a pity that such a beautiful and good atmosphere square has a horrible restaurant like this. We ordered several plates and not even one was worth it. Dry salmon, tasteless arrabbiata pasta, terrible burger, etc. Actually, they served us a vegetarian pasta with a rotten broccoli and when we told them about the issue they insisted that it was not bad and didn't do anything to fix the problem, so it's clear that they don't care about customers. For the record... they charged us for the rotten pasta.In conclusion, do not eat at this place. Quality/Price ratio is terrible.

We spent New Year's Eve at Paco's, a table right on Santo Domingo square next to the bands performing on stage. The dinner included nice Colombian sparkling wine. The city gets so crowded that the neighboring restaurants have tables literally in the streets crammed with people squeezing to get through. Only people with reservation have access to the restaurant area on the square giving more space and security to the customers.
