We came here because a friend recommended it and she was spot on. From the moment we took the menu in our hands we traveled back to our vacations in Italy the two years back. And when the food came it was amazing, we could...just recall the smells flavors and textures. We had the beef capaccio for Antipasto and the seafood tagliatelle and spinach ravioli as main course. We had an early dinner so we where the first on the scene, obviously the service was excellent. Must try it out if you are in Cartagena

Stucked in Cartagena for 10 days because of shipping problems so had the time to try a lot of restaurants ! This one was our best pick : fine cuisine , good wine, very good service and good location. Very fine Italian restaurant with the...greatest Colombian ingredients. Not a pizza place superb food. Really recommended !

We went to Andante Allegro Vivace on the recommendation of a friend from Cartagena. It is located in the center and convenient. The owner/chef lived in Italy for 15 years and speaks fluent and accent less Italian (my partner is Italian). The food reflects his time...in Italy, as well the local ingredients. We shared an octopus carpaccio and then a seafood platter all with fresh local seafood. We were very happy with the experience and would happily return!

We were staying at the house next door and decided 30 minutes before to visit the restaurant based on reviews we read. The staff could not be more accommodating for such a large group. The food, the bread, the apps, the wine and the drinks...were all amazing. So many selections and if you like fresh homemade pastas and sauces you must stop here on your visit.
