The food was great. You can choose the type of burger meaning soy meat, mushroom or chickpeas. You can choose the type of bread. All options or dishes are vegan. Desserts and ice cream are all vegan. Recommended.

There aren 't many vegan options in San José, just the we cater to vegans types of places that are at best vegetarian and will swap out the animal products. The mushroom burger was delicious and a nice change from soya (although there is also that option along with garbanzo and quinoa). There 's generally a good variety to choose from and you can look at the menu online which is great because I take too long to choose. The pecan pie was also great...(lots of traditional options if you have a sweet tooth) So good to have a place you can eat at as a vegan without having to second guess the food or the people serving it.

My first time and first day in Costa Rica. As a ritual in every city I visit I go looking for a vegan spot. Traveled to this spot.. and I must say I was quite surprised. The people were warm and very friendly. Willing to speak English while explaining the menu. Great food, the Ice tea is on point.. I got the Soy Vurger classic.. good food for sure, hit on all points. The only down side is with this Vurger it has a pink color, similar to the color of ewww meat. That was the only think that turned me off. But definitely visit this spot.. I sure will before I leave San Jose .

This place is amazing, best vegan burger joint I've ever heard about or visited. Get the quinoa garbanzo burger tico style (the best) and a vegan strawberry shake!
