Have eaten here several times but Saturday's visit was a real disappointment. Despite having booked the server had no idea where to sit us. After choosing from the menu our starter arrived after 20 mins and when the server came to collect the empty dishes she suggested we keep the same cutlery for the main course my husband's cutlery was covered in mayonnaise so he declined . After waiting another 40 mins a server told me that they did not have the ingredients to prepare my meal.I asked.why he was telling me after such a long delay but he had no answer. We left. As it was after 10 pm every other restaurant had closed their kitchen so we went without. Poor. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

After arriving on the first evening, a little after 10 pm, we came here for dinner because this place was recommended to us. We stopped for a few minutes at the entrance, at the menu lit from the inside to be seated. A few free tables were visible. The staff walked around but did not come to us. Then we sat down at the free table ourselves. We sat for about 15 minutes, and the staff again walks around but doesn't stop by us either. We felt like we were invisible. I was starting to not understand what was going on. I stopped the waitress and asked how everything works here, why no one comes to us, should we order at the bar or somewhere else. She replied that the kitchen was no longer working that night and turned away, even we sat down in front of the kitchen and we could see that the work was going on. Even if the kitchen finished for that night, my wife and I would have at least something to drink. But it wasn't offered either. Since the service turned out to be very poor, we turned around and left for the restaurant upstairs. We haven't tried anything. One star for good location only. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The food was really fantastic!! I'm quite a fussy eater, but I ate my belly full! If you want to eat tasty and affordable in Tenerife, this is a really nice and stylish place to eat and have a drink! Kid-friendliness: My son was a bit tired from the day and the waiters were understanding of his grumpiness at the table. Very sweet and warm! Parking: Great and very clear for the insecure drivers!
