La Gitana Taco Truck - CALISTOGA

Jose and La Gitana have served our Friday evening Welcome Party for our wedding in Triple S Ranch (about 100 guests). He was so flexible and easy to work, and was extremely understanding when we had to jump through some locations. The food was great and our guests were very satisfied with the range of options. We really wanted to have tacos and burritos, not only because we love them, but also because we caught guests from all over the country and the world. We were so happy with La Gitana and definitely recommend it for any event!

The food was excellent, and our guests were very pleased with the variety of options available. We were extremely satisfied with La Gitana and would definitely recommend them for any event!

An ideal spot to take a break for lunch while visiting nearby wineries. The fact that the locals frequent this place speaks volumes about its quality! They serve delicious burritos and quesadillas.

I came across this taco truck while returning home from a trip, and I highly recommend it! We tried the pastor burrito and the fish burrito, both of which were served in generous portions and tasted fantastic. What a hidden gem!

Amazing food, great prices, and down to earth people running it. Highly recommend.
