When we opened our food, we realized how little food was in our plates. Usually they fill up each portion of the tray, but 4 pieces of orange chicken is kind of skimpy.
Was asked to repeat my order twice at speaker, okay no big deal. I get to the window and I'm asked again to confirm the order, okay no worries. Drive away and can instantly tell something I didn't order. My order was wrong and I almost wanted to go back but at the end it's only panda right.
We came today my husband love Panda Express and to our surprise, very small portions here, in other Panda Express they serve a lot more. I hope they improve their portions won?t come here again. It was like 4 pieces of orange chicken, and we bought the angus and it was like two pieces.
Bad service just goes with panda express, like it's got to be a requirement because there are 3 other fast food places in the same shopping center and panda express always takes the cake
This Panda Express has so much going for it yet it is just a bad location time and again. It's relatively new, it's well designed, it has a drive thru, it's in a nice area and easy to get in/out of. All that but it is always a disappointment. First and foremost, they always get a part of the order wrong. I don't know what it is but there is always something wrong when you order in the drive-thru. I always have to check every plate and always have to go back to have it corrected. Frustrating every time. Next up, they always seem to have a person working the drive thru who can't understand or comprehend the order. Repeating an order just seems to be a constant thing here. By the time you've had to repeat your order for the 3rd time, it feels like it's completely frustrating and I find myself yelling in slow motion just to help them get the order correct. In my opinion, I think the person working drive-thru is just distracted. They are likely doing something else while taking orders and can't concentrate because of this. Also likely why they continually get the orders wrong. Worth mentioning also is the small portions of food offered here as compared with other Panda Express locations. It's noticeable and if this is an issue for you, do yourself a favor and pass up this location. Another thing I don't like about this location is that when you pay with Apple Pay, they take your phone somewhere away from the drive-thru area and scan it there before returning it to you. Apple Pay is a great way to have a contactless pay option but because they don't have a terminal at the drive-thru ???!! , suddenly you are sharing your phone with a stranger and every greasy piece of food they handled. This has been like this for almost a year and it is still not corrected. All these problems seem like bad management. It's frustrating because these problems seem like things that could easily be solved. I've kept coming here because it's close and convenient with th
