La Conquista - California City

Very disappointed in to-go-order. Chicken in Tostada's was all dark meat from legs and backside of chicken with several pieces full of grissel that we had to spit into the trash. Won't be patronizing La Conquest for awhile, I've tasted better tostadas at fast food places.

Stopped by for dinner while passing through California City. Everyone in our party loved their delicious food. The albondiga soup was thick and hearty. I ordered the Fajitas and they were absolutely flavorful! The waitress was a natural and did an amazing job!

First time eating here and I loved it so much with I had more time to stay lol but I will definitely be coming back more than once a week Ok so I came back and I don’t know what happened but the food tasted different and service was a little different this time.

Great service and cool atmosphere. Maybe good for drinks here but the food I ordered which was 2 orders of chicken nachos around 13 eac which is avg price.The chips had that old taste like they were made weeks ago. The guacamole wasn't hand made. Store bought. Cheese not sharp at all, pretty mild taste.Salsa tasted great but other than that the chips being the main part of the dish is just insane to me that it was that bad when it comes to freshness and they let it be sent out tasting that off. Chicken on the nachos looked questionable in the color and being so shredded but tasted ok. I've had nachos at dozens of spots and this one stands out forsure. Haven't had nachos this bad in a real long time.

The food was very good, but the service was very bad, it seems like they were doing their job, I didn't even ask for anything special or different from how the menu comes, but even so Ana behaved curt and intolerant, this happened, simply with an order by phone and When I picked it up I told him the name of the order he said very curtly, you have to wait 10 more minutes!! And rude mineral. I don't plan to return there anymore,
