Ventura's Tavern - California

Love the food here. Great little family place with something for everyone. They have everything from wings and burgers to steak and lobster. Its a family owned business and they are great people who take pride in their food and customers. I worked here for some time so I ate the food almost daily and still enjoy it. My fiance is a huge fan of the steak hoagie and I love it all! Great place to try if u have never been. And its in a great location so there is no rowdy crowd. Highly recommend Ventura's to everyone!!!

A little out of the way but worth the drive. Four of us ate on a Friday night and chose two of the half dozen specials. They were delightful. I had whitefish and was surprised at the portion and taste both got high marks. Salad was good and meal had appropriate choice of sides. The beer choices were limited and waitress did not give us all the options. Found out later from the friendly owner there were better choices available to us than what we had. On price I would give it .

Great owners. Friendly atmosphere. Fair prices and delicious food! The steak and lobster bags are both amazing! Will definitely go back when they open again!
