Ramen Fuku - Cali

Walk three stair flights and you reach a checkout where you are asked what kind of ruts you want and blows. I'm getting the fuku wheels with fuku fillings and an asahi beer. You pay and give in. The music is chill, jazz and blues poster on the wall. A beautiful view. An open kitchen. Japanese vibes with California energy. The raven was fixed. The broth better than the noodles to be fair. The egg and the fermented vegetables are excellent. The pork cut me a little yielding. Comes with spicy things if you want and are fat enough and a cute little luck cookie. Recommended if you fend ramen or don't want something too hard and it doesn't matter to climb three stairs to get there. Come on.

Good ravens, good price and a cool place for lunch or dinner. It's hidden up there. Look at the sign in the street on the stairs.

First experience Food Ramen. It was delicious oldought not used for small plates. That's not her problem. It's mine.

I ordered Gyoza and the Fuku wheels. The food was excellent. The staff was friendly. Nevertheless, I see some potential for improvement: 1) I asked about chili or something spicy. They brought me chili powder and two different chili oils. None of them was spicy. 2) The restaurant is very small. 3) I do not understand why they put fried bananas in my ramen

Great tasting Japanese dumpling starters and broths. Staff seem professional, long Japanese sushi bar style seating. IMPORTANT Once you understand that (a little unusually) you have to order pay for your food and drink before sitting down then it all works well. They have a model of the dishes so you can get an idea of what you’re ordering. I’d definitely come again, if I didn’t have to go home to London tomorrow! Staff speak English, menu is available in English.
