La Brasa Roja - Cali

Colombians love roasted chicken and this is one of the best if not the best of Cali roasted chicken food. You will not only find roasted chicken, but Aroz con pollo, that is chicken with rice - just its Cali version.

I only had the chicken soup, but ut was great, is a huge part that 3 people can eat of it. It comes with a side of white rice, avocado and soup including lots of chicken and a delicious broth.

The chicken here is something traditional from Cali, the service is good and the chicken tastes super delicious, recommended 100%!
