El Escudo del Quijote - Cali

The restaurant has a nice atmosphere. It's quiet and clean. The waiter, waiter and cook are very nice. We ordered a chicken with mol, but in our opinion the mole was missing a lot of taste. The chicken was boiled and dry. We also had a steak with herbs that were cooked properly, but in general was not very interesting. Both dishes looked great, but both were served very cold. The Dubonnet they gave us was from an old opened bottle that was not properly stored. It just didn't taste right. The highlight was the crazy cheesecake. It was very good!! Overall no bad experience, but I wouldn't say it's a great restaurant. You have to serve the food warmer and make the food more tasteful.

Great atmosphere, wonderful and smooth live music, I will definitely return for more; very good service and the food was delicious.

Mimosas, beautiful arepas and all Colombian traditional cuisine with an unexpected and gourmet style. Best brunch I ever had in Cali. Love the service and beautiful table set.

This restaurant was recommended to us and I’m glad we went. I visited w my 14 year old son and we had a wonderful meal accompanied by attentive service. Nice setting in a great neighborhood. It’s a treat!

Ya había escuchado excelentes comentarios de este acogedor restaurante en el Peñon, conocí el bar, la decoración me descresto.Comimos costilla San luis y tocineta de cerdo, deliciosa, exquisita, la forma de prepararlo al horno en cocción lenta, es espectacular. Pienso que es la mejor tocineta y costilla de cerdo que me he comido, y su acompañante el puré de chontaduro......uffffffffPara volver y recomendar. El pan de la casa es otra deliciaLa atención de la mesera muy bien.
