Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

I gotta say I love how prices go up and the service quality just plummets!! Been to a lot of Zaxby’s, and as I’m in the drive thru I open the box to check my food and this is exactly how my meal was. I guess presentation or give a damn about how it’s put in the box is over with. Probably made the thing and then dropped it on the floor. Food was cold and just loved how the manager seemed to think it looked ok. Just ridiculous. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. I wouldn’t eat at this one if I was you!! ????

I love Zaxby's chicken. I go thru the drive thru on ny way home because it convenient and quick.

Everyone was laughing when I pulled up and handed me my drink with soda going all over the cup. The food was pathetic. Chicken was to crunchy. The tenders were dry. I have never had a bad experience but this one here is crazy. I was only able to eat the fries and bread.

Order taker was kinda off ! Bread was broken, peppers and onions were burnt. Diet coke had no flavor. Was disappointed.

I feel like I owe the shout out at this point since I started driving here even though I live in adairsville because the one in adairsville has ridiculous wait times, and they've always been great here. I do short simple orders and feel sorry for the staff when their rating is getting drug down by small mistakes on ridiculous orders that shouldn't be done thru a drive thru
