I frequently visit this restaurant with my good friend, who always treats me to a meal. The drive-thru service is always quick and the staff are friendly, especially late at night. I usually order two cheesy cheddars, large fries, a Jr van frosty, and occasionally chicken nuggets. I don't mind coming in my pajamas - we just want to be comfortable while enjoying our food. Remember to not let disgruntled customers affect you, I work in customer service too and understand how difficult some people can be. Appreciate all the hard work <3

Girl in drive thru was chit chatting with her other friends and just closed the window on us, no thank you no nothing, not even a hell beforehand. no fork in the bag for the baked potato either. how do u expect me to eat this.

If you’re going to serve small chicken strips maybe add an extra strip. Paying the amount for 3 half sized strips feel’s like a rip

Store is managed by someone who has absolutely no interest in managing.Made my food wrong and when shown a receipt and a photo of the wrong food he refused to fix their mistake and said we don 't serve that here he laughed and then made jokes and ran and hid in the office when I asked for the general managers information to make a complaint. Seems Wendys has no interest in being the solid company they once were.Hiring incompetent staff who have no care at all of how they do their job.
