Contribuiți la feedbackHere’s my issue with this ridiculous bag bylaw. You say no to a bag, and the employee refuses to take the bag you extend to her. She then proceeds to hand you each item individually and provides no napkins or condiments. This bylaw has nothing to do with saving the environment, rather an extra tax the city has applied to these companies. Another reason to provide terrible service. Service: 1

The night cashier I encountered here this evening was openly hostile, insulting, and exceedingly demeaning towards me personally over what I perceived as an issue of packaging waste as I proceeded through the drive-through. I did not argue with this individual but came away feeling violated by him. Customer sensitivity training is very badly needed here, as his aggressive attitude towards service extended completely and delusionally beyond entitlement. He completely overstepped his bounds without any attempt on my part to test his goodwill. Please make a point of avoiding service establishments that treat customers like garbage or these businesses will never learn.
