Wendy's - Calgary

Standard Wendy’s, it gets busy during lunch hours, so I usually order mobile pick up it’s always been ready for me. Food is good, the JBC is well worth the $3 lol.The workers, Nicole Dominic -they always treat me so nicely and with promptness. I would recommend.

Not bad and not just them seems Noone actually cleans just a quick wipe put the food clubs on the seats things are sticky. Last time I went here gave me the wrong meal but I didn't say anything.

I have visited this restaurant numerous times and have never had a positive experience. Whether you dine in or place a mobile order, there are always issues at the register, orders are forgotten, and they do not inform you when your order is ready. I suggest going to a different restaurant.

I'm so glad they took down the Plexiglas barriers at the order counter. I can talk comfortably now to the ESL challenged staff. I hate begging to use the restroom. Why is it locked? The dining area is nice. Food is good and ordering substitute sides to meals is a breeze. I like dealing with real humans. I avoid McDonalds because they are Uber impersonal.

Amy and Arlyn were fantastic and accommodated my dietary restrictions with items I didn't know were available. The food was delicious and I particularly enjoyed the self-serve soda station. The location is convenient, with easy access off Crowchild and the Brentwood c-train stop right across the street. However, the area does attract homeless individuals who may ask for money and gather in groups near the Brentwood stores, including this restaurant. Despite this, I do not see it as a fault of Wendy's. The service I received here was superior to other Wendy's locations and to most other fast food restaurants in the city.
