Wendy's - Calgary

This restaurant offers all the items on the menu that you would typically find at any Wendy's. The dining area and restrooms were quite clean.

Tonight I visited the Wendy's in Shawnessy. I ordered 6 chicken strips and 2 baked potatoes, but only received three chicken strips. The drive-thru wasn't busy, so I should have checked my order more carefully. This isn't the first time this location has given me incomplete orders, so unfortunately, I won't be going back.

Eating tasted as good as Wendy's usually (I prefer it to other fast food broker connections. Normally it's really fast, but this trip took over 5 minutes to get through the drive-thru and there were only a few cars in front of me. I have the spicy chicken sandwich with fries. Everything was still hot/hot when I came home, such a decent place. Disclaimer: The low score is not indicative of everything that is particularly wrong. It is more because it is a fast food restaurant and the food is what it is. It is not exceptional, but it fills.

The restaurant is clean and the staff is friendly. The food was served hot and promptly, but the meat was a bit dry. There is no self-service drink station. Despite being busy at lunchtime, the staff kept up with the demand. The tables in the dining room could use some extra attention.

Visited the Shawnessy Wendy's tonight. Easy order 6 Chicken strips, 2 baked potatoes. Get home 3 chicken strips....really? It was not busy in the drive thru. I did not check the order as in I did not count pieces of chicken...like it should never be an issue.This is not first time this drive thru has given incomplete orders. Unfortunately this is it for me I won't be back.
