Tony Roma's - Calgary

The first time we eat in tony roma was in California 1990, real good eating and good portions, since then we ate at the NE site, each time was worse and worse than we no longer interested in going there...in 2021, that did not surprise me that they finally closed the door there.

This is one of the few tony roma still in alberta. they are known for ribbing, so I decided that I would have beef ribbing that are my preferred art of ribbing. I ordered the bountiful beef rib. I chose the 4 rib option, with...Garlic mashed potatoes and vegetables. it's been good for 12 years since I was at tony roma and I remember her beef ribs as pretty good, so I was looking forward to my meal. the food arrived after a short waiting period. the reef bands were as I remember. they were tasty and pretty tender. the rib sauce characterizes the taste of the bark. the garlic potatoes would have been pretty good if it wasn't about how salty they were. they really have to put the amount of salt they put in them. the vegetables were just steamed/cooked broccoli. they were a bit soggy and not really compliments the meal. they should add some other sweets like carrots and pfeffers, for variety, instead of just broccoli. overall the beef ribs were quite good, while the garlic carrots and broccoli were simply in order. service was good, friendly and helpful. the prices were reasonable.

My son and I visit from british columbia after I with many obstacles that I need to give my son a tasty bite, I know he likes tony romas if we have ever traveled to place tvat one we are going, it is in the regular good, but...this in calgary was terrible the worst service ever. we can order at 20:30 watch the girl at the front finally recognized us 7mins later they did not say that they would close at 9:00 clock they took our order not with many dings on the menu available, I guess they are going broken, we have our food the quality was soou poor ghe portions were tiny the bill was $100 for 2 steaks and 2 boners of us she wanted us to pay the bill while we weren't finished. they have to stop taking customers after 18 clock so they can go home. I'd never go back there, which is a huge demolition.

We sat here for lunch on Sunday, 01/21. august. the horses were good, the riblets were good, but lacked in the sauce. they really ate you for the drinks. we couldn't find a price for drinks on the lunch card, so we went ahead and ordered. When we got the bill, we were shocked. $4 for a cup coffee and $4 for a glass pop. if we had known the price before the time, we would never have ordered; we would have left and dined elsewhere. restaurants should work to keep their customers, because if they lose them, it is very difficult to get them back. So where did this price gouging her tony romas get her? they lose for a long time.

I was sent a Birthday Voucher by Tony Romas. Expiry was May 22, 2021. I went today to Tony Roma in NE calgary Alberta to get my birthday dinner with $10.00 off from anything over $25.00 but I was refused for a take out, I...was told this Voucher for dine in only. Well all the restaurants in Calgary due to Covid there is no dine in so the attendant should have given me a take out dinner. If the dine-in was open than for sure I would be having my dinner with a beer. I was very disappointed to go home without picking up my dinner. In my opinion as a 75th Birthday voucher sent to me and driven all the way from NW to NE, my birthday voucher should have been honored. Also, the attendant was extremely rude, which was not warranted. TONY ROMA should not have sent me the Birthday voucher if it was not going to be honored.
