The Dessert House - Calgary

Came to get some bubble tea at 11:30 only to find out they don't open until 12...no big deal I walked around and wasted some time to arrive back at 12:10...doors were still locked and a lady was moping the floors, she looked right at me and ignored me...I waited until 12:20 and they still didn't open..so i left, pissed to have wasted my time

My sons and I were there around 2 PM and most items were not available. We had to settled for green shaved ice as that was the only shaved ice available. you can add as much topping as you wish but that increase your bill

Seriously I'm extremely unsatisfied with their customer services, I came to this place in hope for some authentic eggettes since that's the only place that offered eggettes in town as I have known. But when I came in the store, the owner of the store was extremely rude when taking my order and she did not even smile during my stay. The time it took and the taste of the food was at average. Definitely will not come again!

What happened to this place? The Dessert House use to be one of the top hang out spots in my generation. I remember that place use to be packed with people lining up for bubble tea. But I guess all great things come to an end. After they relocated, service has never been the same. Wait times for a bubble tea are excruciating even during non-busy hours.
