Looking for a place to grab some drinks and grub before an event, we found Bull

80% empty and it took 40 minutes for food to come out.__No drink refill in the hour we sat.

Dark, clean, cozyVery much a pub one would expect - in a place where a pub may not be necessarily expected.

Great for the '40 or '50 VIP with some family and friends to celebrate the milestone. Perfect atmosphere, excellent service, they will split the bills...you can book the VIP area and decorate it as you like; phone in advance to see if a hockey/football game is on. Reasonable prices on food and drink - good portions and great service. If your group or table is boring you can play VLT's or play pool. Smoking outside.

We stopped here for an early Friday night dinner and surprised that it wasn't super busy yet. Good thing because it does get noisy here but lots of tables to choose from.The service was friendly and quick and our food arrived quickly. We liked that. My wife had the black bean and quinoa salad that was actually very large and super tasty. I went for the fish and chips special. To be honest, there were lots of fish, decent fries and slaw but can't say it was the best batter. Just seems a little heavy. But this is pub food and one can't complain too much.Good prices, a decent selection of beer at a good price and friendly staff. Good reason to stop in for a quick dinner, or stay longer and relax.Definitely a 3.5 star rating.
