Starbucks - Calgary

The cashier's attitude was not polite. The barista and all others are great.

I ordered a bagel with cream cheese they game me a plain bagel 0 cream cheese I called asked what could be done about it and the girl said to come back in and they would give me a new bagel I didn't realize there was a time limit on thier customer service I went in today to get the bagel and they said that too much time had passed and there's no record of it. Staff should take records of the drive through errors and customers should be reimbursed for not receiving what they ordered... Have you ever tried to eat a dry bagel? It awful FYI I was not happy with the customer service and I'll go to tim hortons from now on :

Very busy place. Placed a mobile order, takes 34 mins. The guy has been great and quick, just too busy

What a nice and cozy place to sip a cup of hot coffee. Like that they got good quality wi-fi. I was surprised that the place was crowded, but there were no problems with connection.Vegetarian options: Couple vegan sandwiches. Coffee is 100% vegan, I swear!

Hard to say... they do not know how to make the AMERICANO.... I can't believe it happened in the coffee shop. They suppose to get a training again.
