Contribuiți la feedbackWaited 25 minutes this morning for a strawberry açai drink, never ended up getting the actual drink so I went and cancelled my order. Horrible order management as they were constantly putting up mobile orders instead of paying attention to people’s in-person orders.
Normally i like this Starbucks as it is my go to based on location, however this same common problem i have with all Starbucks I am experiencing here.The barista's think they are clever by short pouring my espresso shots on the shaken espresso's, the grande calls for 3 shots and ive watched them consistently pour 2 and call it a day. Today i asked for a remake and then watched her do the same thing. Im with out words! I guess technically i am with words though since here i am!
Max is the best thing since sliced bread. He goes out of his way to make sure the customer is happy. I have never seen a human go above and beyond quite like him before. Amazing job!
