Shawarma House - Calgary

Without a doubt, this is the best place for shawarma in the city. The chicken is consistently hot, crispy and juicy. I absolutely adore it. The staff is incredibly friendly and goes above and beyond to make sure customers are satisfied. This level of customer service is hard to come by these days.

Great owner, and the only place I know that doesn't offer a dry falafel wrap. Its me, my bf, and my friends favorite place to go for falafel wraps, and we always leave feeling stuffed

I have been coming to this restaurant multiple times a month ever since I started a program downtown. I always order the falafel wrap and it is always delicious. The ingredients are great and they allow you to add as much sauce and vegetables as you want. The staff treats their customers very well, and I have even received a complimentary drink a couple of times. The service and food are both outstanding. I always leave feeling full and satisfied after eating here.

It's always a good sign when you walk into a restaurant and the owners are welcoming and kind. I have visited this place more than five times and the owner and his son are wonderful people who truly care about their customers and the food they serve. The shawarma is delicious and the mixed plate is very filling. The garlic sauce is amazing and I highly recommend trying the hot chili sauce. It's a great place to stop by after work if you live in the Beltline area, and you might even find yourself coming back for a late-night snack. The owners often treat you to a complimentary Baklava, which is a nice touch. I highly recommend stopping by to meet these guys and try their delicious shawarma.
