Selkirk Grille Heritage Park Historical Village

The service was excellent, and the food was fantastic. The main dish was incredibly delicious and definitely worth the generous portion size. This restaurant is a hidden gem that truly deserves more recognition for its quality food!

Where to begin? Our waitress was amazing (Rousseau? . For me, the service is almost as important as the food. Our waitress didn't slide anything across the table at us, she knew how to serve professionally. She knew the menu, was polite and was very courteous. The meal. There were four of us. We started with Bannock, who knew Bannock was the same as Hojaldres. Yummy! The complimentary basket of bread was lovely. 1 Prime Rib roast special, amazing, and couldn't eat the generous portion. Cooked to perfection, the side dishes were wonderful. 2 Fish Chips tasty and plenty. Great shoestring fries, couldn't finished the generous portion. 3 Burger with fries, delicious, cooked to perfection, and the fries were perfect. 4 Gnocci with Kale was so decadent and rich. The nice collection of mushrooms was superb. Could only eat about half; very filling and sumptuous. Can't wait to eat the leftovers. Can recommend this place. Had a nice ambiance and it was quiet, so you could enjoy a conversation.
