Rosso Coffee Roasters Ramsay - Calgary

My friend judit and I stopped today when I went to ramsey. my experience with all rosso locations is always 5 stars, but today it was extra special. while we waited for our coffee, we have looked through the pouring options, coffee mills, weighs, etc. the manager derek came from behind to chat with us and see if we had any questions. he was super friendly, personal and knowledgeable. he took time to answer all our questions and in the talk about the coming of some rossos coffee beans, methods to ensure a better cup coffee, and he brightened the things with a small laugh. and never felt we had to decide about everything. we were very impressed by the small meeting of social contact we had with derek because quite open. that happens rarely in these days. if others have taken the time to engage with customers like derek today, then customers would feel respected, appreciated and appreciated. derek is just one of the many reasons, rosso is the best coffee spot around. hoping david, cole and jessie read this:)Ric p

Originally impressed by rossos online reward system, was close enough to redeem points and logged in to see that they have now loaded everything to more than double amounts of points that are required to redeem something. I get inflation. but more than double points required is a bit going in one.

I can not RAVE about this Coffee House enough, yes I said House. The food is excellent, the Staff are AMAZING people but the absolute topper is Their Hot Chocolate! Best hot chocolate I have had in such a long time. I mean to die for tasty! Will highly recommend Rosso's to all my friends and freinds.

Beautiful atmosphere in a storied and vibrant building, got the Turning Point roast on drip and it was fantastic, very excited to brew some at home. Also can't wait to try your teas and food menu.Big selection of gear, papers, pour over equipment, Aeropress, scales, carafes etc. With good pricing, clearly welcoming to both hobbyists and casual enjoyers, there's something for everyone here.

The staff are very welcoming and the chocolate brownie is awesome. Coffee is perfectly fine but nothing too special. (my coffee opinions are based on black americano or espresso)
