I wish i could give 0 star for their service. The staff is so rude and unprofessional. Service: 1

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. i usually placed order online,,, and just tonight i decided to drop by and ordered my favorite order. its really bad experience,, i ordered 2 topper everyday deal,,, it comes with free 2 dipping sauce, and cost only $36.99 but the lady/cashier said that the dipping sauce is not free,,, and when i told her that it is free, and i know because its always my order,,,when she found out that i know what im ordering she said, okay ill make it free for you i didnt react and i know to myself that she 's trying to give me an extra charge.... it didnt finish there, when i got my total it became $40.94...im wondering how it became $40.94 its only $36.99plus 5%tax... should be $38.84.. since she didnt give me a receipt,,, i asked her a receipt and there i found out that she put different order, instead of 2 topper pizza(ham pineapple) which i ordered, thats why i was charged more.. and when i got home, instead of 15 pcs. wings i only got 13 pcs wings inside the box... i just noticed that the lady in front is in her EARPOD maybe thats a contributing factor why she cant do her job rightfully and honestly. She dont even apologize to her mistake, she have no idea whats customer service is. She needs full training and understanding to her job. She should know how to deal with customers in a proper and calm way Honesty is very important in customer service. You can do better than this

Horrible customer service. I had to repeat my orders 4 times because the lady at the cashier is on her earpod. Also my orders were missing a few items. Good thing I checked the orders before I left and she didnt even apologize she walked away and let the other person took care of her service. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner
