It was a great place for a hot bowl of Pho. Best in the city in my opinion. The service was friendly and great price too. I will miss this place Now a new Vietnamese restaurant is taking it's place. I wish all the best to Pho City and hope they can stand the test of time.
The restaurant and seating are basic, but the pho here is solid. Noodles are cooked just enough and the beef is cut into easy to eat, bite sized pieces. As usual, it comes with a side of bean sprouts, Thai basil, and lime wedges. Service was quick but minimal. A satisfying and enjoyable meal on a chilly evening.
Some of the best noodles I have ever had... And I have a lot of good noodles. Pho Pasteur is quite the experience; a cash only, little hole in the wall, but the food is absolutely delicious. If you like noodle soup, make some time for this place. I would bet money that you won't regret it.
A simple, low key Vietnamese restaurant serving in my opinion the best pho and bun in the city. You don't come here for the decor or the atmosphere, but you come for the simply delicious food that is consistent and never disappoints. A true gem in Chinatown. Order in or take out, you'll be happy about it. The staff and servers are so lovely as well!
This is a nice small inexpensive place. The service is not the fastest but the Pho was quite good. I had the beef and brisket medium bowl; there was a good amount of meat and the broth was quite tasty. The large bowls are big. This is a cash-only place, no cards accepted. Overall, this is a nice place to go but it's not phenomenal.
