Oak Tree Tavern - Calgary

I tried the spicy chicken sandwich and it was the most delicious chicken sandwich I have ever tasted! The chicken was incredibly tender. I also really enjoyed the dill pickle soup.

This restaurant may be a bit run-down, but I enjoy the friendly staff. If you're not a hipster, you might feel a little out of place here. My friend and I went for Tuesday bingo night.

We enjoyed being able to bring our pets to the restaurant's patio while having a quick lunch on a hot day. There was plenty of shade available...

Love the staff the atmosphere, and the food is always delicious. They have a good number of vegan and gluten free options, I highly recommend the vegan chili and the dill pickle soup!

Amazing food! Lots of veggie and gluten free options which is refreshing for a pub. Friendly staff and great atmosphere.
