My Favorite Ice Cream Shop - Calgary

I stop at one of their two stores every time I go to Calgary at least once or twice a month. Great service, lovely people. The best selection and tasting I've cream in western Canada!

Very tasty ice cream. The young man who served us was very courteous, efficient and helpful.

This is a favourite spot for my family on hot summer days. They have a lot of different flavours and you can get your ice cream in a cone or a cup. Prices are fair and the service is friendly. This place can get really busy on a hot day but usually the wait is not too long. A definite recommend from me!

Very disappointed at this place. We stood there for 15 minutes no one cares. We call them with helo, hi but they didn’t even reply back. They were keep doing their work and ignore their customers.

Went here on May 14. Bought 4 ice creams of which one was the mango flavor. Tasted weak and nothing like mango. Have had the mango here before. Told the guy working there it doesn’t taste like mango and we are dissatisfied. Even had him taste a sample. He didn’t apologize or offer a replacement, just said that’s what they buy in. I would have expected that they then take the defective batch up with Foothills and gave me a replacement. Ended up paying for a new one and threw the other one in the bin. Absolutely no sense of customer service, I would not go there again.
