McDonald's - Calgary

Got food from their drive through. Long wait times and missing items in the bag.

The worst experience ever, they can never ever get an order right, busy or slow, night or day. Nothing like going back to the same place more than one time in a day and wasting gas. All around a bad experience. How do you mess up an order 2 times in a row with an allergy (especially when they confirm it is right). The manager promised it was right, but so wrong. It is disgusting how you talk to management and nothing ever changes. I should have not gone back, and will from now on go to the McDonalds just a few minutes away at , 2320 16 Ave NW, Calgary, AB T2N 4H8, they know how to take an order. Please people stay away from this place, you will regret it!

Was in the neighborhood once again, and required a quick bite. Wanted to see if my previous experience of disappointment with this location was just an anomaly. It would be incredulous if there was no improvement. Still dirty, unkempt, and messy throughoutNot in the least. Still a deplorable location. Those that gave reviews of 2 or higher; well I don't know what to say about that.I am perplexed that the regional McDonald's manager has not been notified or evaluated the mess personally in a surprise visit. One would think maintaining a postive service and cleanliness standard would be a priority for the marketing department.

Ridiculous. Drive through, on a Wednesday evening, 14 minutes with only 2 cars ahead of me. 14 minutes for a cold hamburger...

The staff at the counter did not greet us, they were too busy with other tasks and did not smile. They looked at us and then looked away. When they finally came back, there were no apologies and they simply asked what we wanted. It was a terrible experience, we did not feel welcomed at all.
