Matador - Calgary

Wonderful experience. service was excellent and the food was delicious. I had the pizza of the bull fighter while my companion had the laugh. will eat there again and again!

The pizza with pfeffer sauce and back bacon ordered and get ham guess the kitchen knows the difference not. the service staff was very friendly and welcoming.

I've been here for over 20 years. I called last night and ordered a ham and pineapple. I also said to the person my order...may they please make sure that they pine enough on the pizza. I pick up the pizza and when I came home, the pizza had almost zero pineapples and limited cheese. it was mixed. the only reason I gave him 2/5 is the manager and I was chatting while waiting for the pizza. she was nice. I paid $27 for a lousy pizza. it was selective, so no proof of vax required.

That was my first time in the restaurant as it is half an hour away from my house. we have from their house special pizza and some hot wings. from phone call with rhonda to payment with tyler it was a...fantastic experience. the food was just over the top delicious. I will recommend matador to everyone who will listen. just great. good the ride!

Every time I’m in Calgary, my friends have been trying to meet up at Matador. Well after 10 years we finally did. We tried 3 different pizzas, all delicious. They do remind me of Chicago style deep dish pie,stuffed full of flavour and a great...crust and my wife all most never eats the crust. The prices are high, but the same price you’d pay at Boston pizza. Our server was polite, funny and attentive.
