Jack Astor's Bar & Grill - Calgary

I'm not sure what changed, but Jack Astor's is back to being good! Try the bow tie pasta with chicken and sun-dried tomatoes, it's delicious. The service is decent, and although the restaurant is usually busy with families, it's still worth a visit.

This restaurant is near my house and is always a great time. It's always bustling with activity! The servers are fantastic, they know how to make you feel like a VIP, and the management is very accommodating. I absolutely adore this place!

Used to work close by so would come here for drinks after work with friends. Their Cajun shrimp Mac and cheese is so tasty with just the right amount of heat so that you can still taster everything. Drinks are a bit expensive so I usually just end up getting whatever cheap beer is on tap or on special. Wait staff is hit and miss. Some are great, others you'd wish would just quit their job already.

The chicken fingers though!. They are huge! Order with a poutine and you have a man's meal right there. Very pleased with the food and service. Would definitely return and recommend.

Came here last night around 7. The place was busy. After waiting for a table we got sat in Kayla's section. She was amazing. The food was awesome. It was our first time here and we will definitely be coming back. The kicker was the general manager introducing himself and seeing how our first visit went. Not many places in the city like here.
