Chicago Deep Dish 2 for 1 Pizza - Forest Lawn

Ordered a pizza and was told minutes for delivery. minutes later, I called back to ask where the order was, was put on hold for minutes, and then informed that the driver was having issues at a previous delivery!! I asked if...we would be compensated and was informed that they do not guarantee delivery times and there are never compensation made. The driver would be here in minutes. Driver arrived about minutes later, the driver was nice enough, the pizza was cold, and we said no thanks. Will probably never hear from them and will not be ordering from them again. Again, the driver was nice, but the poor attitude on the phone is a disappointment.

After checking there website my wife and I decided to order from here. After calling the number providing our address and phone number we attempted to order the lasagna for the operator informed us that they don’t offer that anymore when I pointed...out it is on their website he said he didn’t care and thier site is never up to date so much for the bait and switch I will order from elsewhere.

First time to order pizza from Chicago Deep dish. The pizza was good the toppings fresh and lots of them. I will order again. Re:atmosphere as it is a takeout there is no need for atmosphere and you don't get one.

The pizza itself is reliable, as it's a chain. Double check your final total and ask about their delivery charge. When our pizza arrived late, the price that was reflected on the website was outdated it had increased, no mention of that on the...phone order, and there was no mention of their current delivery charge that was also added to our bill. If you're looking for a certain taste from this chain and willing to wait over hr for your pizza and it's your last, last resort, I say meh. If you'd like to give your hard earned dollars to businesses who appreciate their customers and care about quality, I say take a few extra minutes and look elsewhere.

So.. kids, pregnant girlfriend in Calgary after a hour drive from Saskatoon. We get a recommendation for this place. Awesome, right? .. Wrong. They tell us a minutes to an hour it would be there. That was at rolls around,...not here yet. Call again. Oh it should be there in rolls around.. call again. Waited on the phone minutes. Finally They lost our order .. So we eventually get our pizza at o'clock. My kids Yeah. Should probably of been sleeping by MAX. Anyways.. long story short. That was absolute terrible service. Pizza was average and not worth it.
