A&W - Calgary

Waited for over 15 min for 2 hot dogs that were ordered during driving. was asked to park and after waiting for 15 min I finally went to ask what took so long. you said it takes 10 min to cook any hotdog. there were only 2 people in the restaurant that just came in, so it is not as if they were excessively busy. When I finally got the hotdogs, only 1 of them had been eating and relish while the other was just bunker with speck. the hotdogs in the drive through so that we can pick up a quick bite before our appointments so that we don't even order any fries or drink, but pays $14 for 2 really terrible hotdogs and was late for our appointments.

I was already at many A$Ws, but a girl working here, called aakriti welcomed me so well that I can't even explain in words here. her vote is so good that if she continues to perform on site via Drive-Thru, this place will rock.? jokes apart, great staff here especially aakrtiti and margie treated me so well.

If someone on trip thru please make sure they offer food that can eat people. you can see Chicken-Patty in the picture was very old, dry and hard as rock. If they really want to save food costs than to close the load, do something else. do not play with human health. I hope they understand

This place is a joke. Missing drinks for both meals, extra sides, and undercooked beef patty. Night worker (Akriti) is misinforming and the manager is stingy because he could not fulfill the errors or come to a fair solution of my $70 order. Food quality is poor and customer service is laughable. Stay clear of this restaurant.

Exceptional service!!!!Horrible food.I normally like a&w for the fresh tasty food.... not at this location.
